Founded in 1977 through a generous donation of $1000 from the Hanover PTA, the Hanover Permanent Scholarship Fund has since awarded over 1000 scholarships to eligible students.

 

The HPSF maintains a healthy fund balance through the generous donations of residents and businesses from Hanover and surrounding communities as well as family benefactors and annual fundraising initiatives. 

 

A board of Hanover resident volunteers strategically manage the fund to ensure long-term growth and sustainability.  The funds and assets are managed by the Rockland Trust Investment Division.

HPSF supports Hanover residents by providing annual scholarships to deserving high school seniors interested in furthering their education.

An independent selection board reviews all scholarship applications and selects the recipients.
